The whole Moon Mission came to a screeching halt. What happened? Why didn’t we do more exploration on the surface of the moon — before we jumped on the whole Space Shuttle bandwagon? Although, what a coincident or did President Ronald Reagan confer with the weather folks when he proclaimed July National Ice Cream Month?
