Substance of Life: Celebrating Nutrition & Frozen Food in March

Thanks for stopping by.  All right, if you didn’t notice or new here… I’m  talking about food again.  What can I say, you caught me.  Many of these quirky events deal with food, so I’m treading carefully through the terrain.  Especially, after coming off of the Holidazes a little while back.

Getting back to basics in my life, by not only keeping things simple, but also learning to be savvier in various ways.  I’m not just spewing words to be saying something — I’m  talking about getting real here when it comes to food — because it is definitely a paradoxical issue.

Well, paradoxical in the sense that it could be considered, a drug (addiction) or a medicine (remedy), depending on how it’s being utilized. That said, now to stop clucking and start doing.
