Early Spring and Move That Sofa…

Hello!  How’s it going out there where ever you are?  Is it warm,  frigid or somewhere in between? Well, if it’s like two-thirds of the United States — it’s freezing.  Somewhere in the middle where I am — nothing like what’s going on to the east of us.  The good news, is that Punxsutawney Phil (groundhog.org) saw his shadow, which supposedly means an early spring (You can see it here at, pacast.com, that is, if you have the time.)

If you’re stuck inside and can’t get out, here’s something you can do inside that doesn’t cost much — only a little sweat equity that is.  In honor of “Pull Your Sofa Off of The Wall Month” do a little impromptu decorating. I’ve done this before. It gives a different vibe to the room.

Actually, I did this several years ago (not even knowing there was an actual month dedicated to it), and it definitely changes the dynamics of things.  It creates a variety of different flow patterns.

This is something I used to like to do all the time — change around the furniture in my nest, that is.  My husband couldn’t have cared less (All you roosters out there can relate, I’m sure.)  I guess it’s something some of us hens like to do from time to time.  Try it out.  See how you like it.  You can always move it back or it  may just be the change you need, without actually going out and buying something.  Enjoy!
