Ahem! I’m including myself in that statement above. However, let’s just say that I’m more CONCERNED rather than worried about what I eat. Or not that I’m too overly indulgent — oh maybe a little here and a little there — every now and then (I’m human).
It’s just that it becomes necessary at a certain point in time when one needs to increase the amount of burn-off capacity this time of the year or, generally, otherwise. If you know what I mean?
