Sometimes I’ve attempted to take the “bull by the horn”, so to speak, to get things done. But sometimes taking off “more than I could chew”, has wrecked havoc — I just end up wanting to bang my head up against a wall! So I’ve learned that I need to take things in little steps. Over the long haul they add up. Have you done that too?
Well, with the economy being in such a flux these days, it can really be challenging to get the most bang for my buck — considering, that I’m on an extreme budget plan — this is where taking small simple steps can help in the long haul, is my attitude. I’ve had food allergies all my life — it has been the reasoning behind my attempt to buy organic foods, in order to limit pesticide residue, whenever I can — especially produce.

The past month or so run across various sites to help me with my eating plan in order to lose 25 lbs. One such site is called, MyRecipes, has a great list of the “Dirty Dozen: Top 12 Fruits and Vegetables to Buy Organic”.
I was already aware and used the list, but wondering if you have run across this list? They can get rather pricey (especially since the gas crisis), but bought in season, the costs drop considerably. Fruits and vegetables have always been my friends, so it’s good to know little tips like this to deal with allergies and they can help me take off that excess baggage.
