Too Busy Simplifying

3.24.2008 by savvysuzy

Hope everyone had a lovely Easter. Ours was quite simple. That’s the way we like it. If you’ve visited my site before, you probably have some idea by now that I’m into “simple”. I can get complicated, but it doesn’t get me very far. So I have learned the hard way — stay with the “KISS” approach (Keep It Sweet & Simple.)

Speaking of “simple” — this whole redesign of my site has not been that simple. But I’m working on simplifying it. Like I’ve mentioned before, I initially intended to do a few changes, however, the unexpected happened — so I’m going with the flow. It’s a slow “flow”, but nevertheless, it is moving. It’s a total exercise in “patience” (one of my favorite words — that I’ve learned to love).

Now, I should have written my review on the last episode of “Lost”, but I’ve been busy simplifying my site. I’ll get around to it at some point. I’m sure you can’t wait! ;) Well, I like to express what I think about each episode, but I do like the way Lostpedia breaks everything down bit by bit, so courtesy of them here is their description of episode #8, “Meet Kevin Johnson”.

After all I have a month to write my view, because the show will be off until around the end of April. They have to do something like five condensed episodes — due to the writers’ strike that ended in January. I will say this — “Kevin Johnson” was totally agitated and angst ridden, but I thought it was interesting. If you saw it, you know what I mean. Later…
