Taking Time

And where exactly might I be going with this “Time”? Might be a possible response to a title like that. Depends on what is actually going on in my life in relation to “Time”, as to whether it’s rhetorical or not, and that possibly might be my point for making the statement in the first place.

Being that this article is themed with a “Time” reference, all because of my favorite show’s “Lost” emphasis to “time” in a great episode last month. I don’t plan to do this for all the episodes. This one was special.

However, ‘Taking Time’ has nothing to do with the show, although, after I look at it again, it possibly does in certain aspects. I’ve realized that I need to back off from the internet from time to time to do other things. I need to recharge myself in other ways. Like getting out and doing a little gardening to actually doing some reading of hard print magazines or newspapers.

The internet is a very intense place, so I’m attempting to create a simplified approach to surfing the net. I can’t read or see all of the pictures, blogs, web sites, video logs, pod casts, etc…that’s out there. I’ve got to simplify! Like I’ve mentioned before in my “About Me” page, ‘I need to keep things really, really simple! Otherwise I lose interest in it or feel somewhat overwhelmed. It’s easy to get overwhelmed with all the changes happening on the internet. So I need to ‘take time’ to quiet all of the noise coming from dealing with not only the internet, but everything happening in my life in general.

So take a little time and check out this useful site (I plan to find others.) that may help us simplify in order to have more time:
