“LOST”: A Show for Head and Heart (Episode #1)

In honor of my favorite show of all time coming back into the fold, I came across this link from beliefnet.com, as to whether the show is spiritual or not. Also, I was inspired to write about the show myself, back in the summer last year.
Well, I think it has spiritual overtones, and I believe that has something to do with why I like it so much. There is so much depth and hidden meaning to a lot of things that happen in the series (plus a lot of stuff that goes nowhere) — that it starts to get the mental gears turning in regards to real life events in my own life.
Some of the main issues confronting the show are whether the writers and producers will stay consistent and compelling with the content. Having said that — I will continue to tune in to see how everything all plays out. Also, check out my list of sites I found that pay homage to the show, and if you know of any others would you please comment. Thank you.
P.S. On, Episode #1, “Beginning of the End”: Great show last night! The writers definitely had their game on! So many twists and turns — forward flashes — back flashes of forward flashes. The “Losties” were breaking up into two separate groups. Plus there are still the possibility of other stray people or possible groups lurking around.
There were so many new questions raised and plausible reasons for them occurring — enough to make my head spin! They (the writers) learned from last season’s big fiasco of taking the show totally off course. This season the show has been brought out of the pits and into the realm of being consistent and OH SO, compelling!
The Hurley character (Jorge Garcia), was showing +so much depth and character+ (from funny to sad) in this episode. A great job! All of the actors were in fine form. This was definitely well worth the wait!!!
