What Does Character & Celiac Have in Common?

Well, they have two things that I know of in common: they both begin with the letter “C”, and they both happen to be issues that are highlighted this month:

This appears to be a busy month. Another issue that is being highlighted is “Celiac Awarness Month”. Especially, since there appears to be a thyroid disease/autoimmune connection. I did an article about this very topic back in the summer.

It’s a good time to highlight the issues with “celiac”, because we’re moving into the “food festival” days during the “Holiday Months”. This is the time when we all will be challenged by the culprit — “Food”! So a little awareness will definitely help.
