Summer is really flying — this year is in “high gear” all the way. We must be really having fun now, because things are “movin’. But you know to the little ones time is at a stand still. It’s crawling at a “snails pace”. So give them something to slow them down even more, and forget about time — plus, give you a bit of a rest, too. (more…)


One Size Education Doesn’t Fit All

Education is the work that our children do to prepare them for their life’s work, but it’s getting more and more expensive these days (it gets worse in the college level). What is a family on a budget to do? But, expense aside — morals and values, overcrowding factors and a host of other issues have effected our school stystems.

I’m always looking for the simplest ways of doing things. It all comes from making things way too difficult in the past. I’m wanting to improve on things like decorating my home (little improvements that is) — wardrobe updates to what I usually wear — and the food my family eats, just to name a few things that I normally like to work on to, hopefully, make better.

I’m attempting to organize my garage and home — before the onset of fall and winter clutter (decorations & things) starts getting in? Where does all the stuff come from?
