Forever Stamp
4.01.2007 by savvysuzy
First, let me say that it’s that time again? What “time” you may ask? We already “sprung” the clock forward. No, this time it’s “time” to go up again on the price of “snail mail”. I don’t send out as much snail mail as I use to — so that would be a savvy thing in and of itself.
Back to the other issue at hand with the US Postal Service — the issuing of the “Forever Stamp”, what is it? Is it a stamp mark they put on our hand that has to be scanned? Thank goodness, no! From the little bit that I’ve read, it seems to be a stamp that keeps its’ face value as long as it’s under an ounce and first class.
But the real question is — Do we really need this? Is it a savings? Just another of the many questions of life to ponder. Speaking of time again, I know yours is precious and mine, so Savvy Suzy has seeked and found these results to help in that regard:
