A Need: Stop the Battle of the Bulge
3.13.2007 by savvysuzy
In my previous article, Dinner for Breakfast, I stated that “I know we need to execise to lose pounds” and keep a good eating plan to help maintain a consistent weight (I learned this after yo-yo weight loss and gain of 10-30 lbs. over the course of the last few years.)
I have, also, learned that it’s not a good thing. What I need and want is to keep it off for the long haul. So I was happy to see Parade Magazine’s recent article, 5 Fitness Myths and other helpful information to get one started or to stay on an exercise regime.
In another article, Get Those Feather Dusters Moving, I wrote a kind of “tongue-in-cheek” approach to execising, but I believe that it’s an actual legitimate way to get in some exercise. Whatever it takes, and the “simpler the better”, is my attitude and approach to doing things. Otherwise, it’s going be a lot more difficult for me to sustain in the long run.![]()
